Requirement Questions: When creating jobs on Jobalign you may be given the chance to create your own custom requirement questions and these questions are collected and stored in Jobalign.Jobs: For jobs being posted on Jobalign the information required includes: job title, job description, location of the job, your choices for requirements for the job, and choices for advertising and number of applicants requested.Organizations: We require the name of your company and the sub organizations within your company that will be utilizing Jobalign, in most cases this also requires the physical address of these organizations.Contact info: We require your first and last names and email address, you can optionally include your phone number to access text notifications and features but is not required.EEOC: Optionally you may choose to answer EEOC information including: Sex/Gender, Ethnicity, Veteran and/or Disability Status.Communication with Employers: Many employers choose to use or Messenger service that allows them to communicate directly to you via text messages if you allow it, in which case these communications are stored in Jobalign to be presented and saved for the use of the employer.These responses come in the form of: minimum requirement questions as either yes or no or multiple choice questions, long form text responses, or voice responses collected during automated voice interviews. Application question responses: During the interview process we will collect your responses to a wide range of questions selected by the employer when they post their job on Jobalign.Contact and basic info: We collect your contact info directly from you including: first and last names, email address, home address, phone number, level of education attained and work history.If a job is on our site the employer or a direct representative for an employer has authorized the job and you are applying for employment with that employer. We do not scrape jobs for the purpose of collecting your information.
